1) Interviews
2) Questioneers
3) Observwtion
4) Documentation Reviews

Can some one give me some links to find more info on these 4 factors ASAP!!

What is the context surrounding your question? What subject/module, for example?

Running a google/wikipedia search on "Preliminary investigation" would be a good start.

Its for a System analysis and design module machan! I just need some basic info about the topic! I tried a google search, but the thing is that i kept getting some complicating answers! i just want a really simplified answer. just da basics is enough.
